What is ATHELITE Training Academy?

ATHELITE Sports Training Academy is not your typical training center. We are set up to provide the direction needed to maximize your athletic performance levels. We have two main programs, Sports Performance and Xtreme-Fit.

Our Sports Performance Training is designed to develop Speed, Agility, and Functional Strength. We work with Kids from age of 7 to College and Pro athletes. Training with ATHELITE will not only increase your physical ability but also your confidence and mental approach in sports and life. We believe that the game and life are 90% mental and that it is very important to develop the disciplines that lead to an increase in confidence in your abilities and the goal setting that keeps you on path to success. Our physical training includes fast twitch development, mechanics in running, jumping, reaction, quickness, strength, and flexibility.

Our Xtreme-Fit program is for everyone! We have classes for the high level athlete to the beginner, as well as classes for weight loss and ladies only. Our programs are led by trainers who are all certified group fitness instructors as well as being CrossFit Level 1 Trainers. Our program consists of cross training in strength, cardio, mobility, and core stabilization through functional movement at a high pace. We use CrossFit methodology and high level sports performance techniques to develop our adult athletes to achieve all of life’s demands. Please do not be intimidated to try our program, but rather be motivated to step out of the traditional forms of old into our new and advance style of maximizing your physical and mental performance.
