ATHELITE TRAINING ROGRAMS

Athelite's Sports Training Academy is the CSRA's sole source for athletic development. Our programs are designed specifically for athletes to enhance their performance. Designed by experienced professionals, these programs will improve speed, agility and functional strength as well as balance, coordination, flexibility and reaction time while emphasizing proper mechanics in running, jumping and strength exercises.  See Program Schedules View Program Fees

Kids (ages 7-11) Athletes at this level will:

  • Learn to live a fit and healthy lifestyle beyond sports
  • Develop mentally as well as physically
  • Attain knowledge in theories behind our training techniques
  • Establish a strong and flexible core
  • Learn proper form and mechanics
  • Utilize body weight exercises to establish a strength foundation
  • Create a base for speed, strength and conditioning.

Junior Varsity (ages 12-15) Athletes at this age will:

  • Expand on theories, further develop mentally and continue
    learning fundamental aspects of living healthy
  • Incorporate more advanced drills for speed, agility and quickness
  • Be introduced to basic plyometric and strength training
    exercises allowing for maximum power development
  • Learn more advanced methods for staying flexible in order
    to minimize muscle injuries

Varsity (ages 16-18) Athletes at this age will:

  • Take their training to the next level through sport-
    specific training methods
  • Perform advanced acceleration, velocity and agility drills
  • Intensify plyometric and strength training through more
    sports-specific movements
  • Continue to learn new ways to stay strong, flexible
    and injury free

 

Elite (College and Pro Level)

Our college and pro athletes train at ATHELITE to maximize their performance for the upcoming season through high-level, sport specific training. Whether you are a college freshman or a 10 year veteran, ATHELITE can help. Our Speed Agility and strength training can give you the edge over the competition and even prolong your career
