This is a 4 day sports clinic for boys and girls ages 7-11 who are interested in speed and agility training, as well as youth fitness and sports games/activities. The clinics are 4 hours long. We have limited space as distancing is still important. We are accepting a limited amount of kids this summer so please act fast. Each day will include speed and agility training with a concentration on corrective movement. We will also focus on strengthening the body in order to increase sports performance. Through the use of body weight, light kettle bell, medball, and dumbbell exercises, our youth athletes will develop a foundational strength that is appropriate for kids. We will be offering sports and fun athletic games to increase hand eye coordination and teamwork. Our clinics and camps are for athletes who are wanting to improve, and kids that are interested in playing sports and need help developing skill sets.
